If we can develop a salesperson from a rookie to
professional grade within 6 weeks and then enjoy
the benefits of their work for approximately 2+
years, we will consider this a successful hire.
Longer tenures would be a bonus, but because the
work is demanding, we are realists. Therefore,
we are looking for a person who understands
working on a drive is fun, but a somewhat severe
environment. Pleasant demeanors and appearances
(in every sense of those words) buys us the
precious few moments of opportunity we need to
speak with a customer. The right candidate will
keep the right attitude and apply the right
effort while on duty. They will have attention
to some detail mixed with a great personality
and just enough "closing". Such a high
commitment requires us to look for
self-starters, quick learners, and motivated
individuals hungry to earn and learn. We want
solid people, not flashes-in-the-pan; hot
burners not super novas. And we must have
ethics over agendas. The person in this
position will represent us to the Insurance
Commissioner's Office, our Partners, and the
Public. We want to be proud.
